These shoes are wonderful. I have plantar faciitis, stand on my feet all day, and used to be able to wear tennis shoes with orthotic inserts in them to work. A new position required that I wear regular shoes and it\'s difficult to fit the inserts into various shoe styles. The MBT\'s are comfortable. My feet are not sore and neither is my lower back. I usually wear wide shoes, but these in the regular width feel fine. (Posted on 3/19/10)

These are my gym shoes and they are great. I can use them on the treadmill, stair-stepper or classes and they never let me down. The are comfortable, stable and keep me balanced. Don't know if I'm actually burning extra calories, but I certainly feel like I'm getting a great workout! (Posted on 1/9/10)

I love the shoes. They look great and are very comfortable. I am a hairstylist so I work from 8-12 hours 5 days a week. They help my legs and my back a great deal.

I love these shoes; they are the most comfortable shoes ever. I had bunion surgery and my foot is in need of TLC. At the end of the day I was greatly suffering. I have been wearing these non-stop since they came and I finally feel like I am recovering. For me, they are true to size.

Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery. For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of any loss or damage.
If you receive damaged merchandise, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package, you must make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery records in order to file a damage claim for shoppingmbt.com. Keep the merchandise , the original box and package well and then notify our customer service department mbtantishoes.com@gmail.com immediately. If you do not notify Mbt-anti-shoes.com of damaged goods within the first 7 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted within 15 days on receipt of the package for refund or replacement. If we have sent you wrong shoes, we will exchange or refund for you.
NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted within 15 days on receipt of the package for refund on condition that original shipping charges of all NON-DEFECTIVE will not be refunded.
If the package is refused by the customer without any cogent reason, he/she shall be responsible for the returning shipping fees, the 15% processing fees, besides that, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
