    I bought this shoe because I need to work on my posture and have noticed new muscles being used. It's winter now so I only wear them inside at work but look forward to spring and summer as I know they are as they say they are, the right way to walk. They just cannot be used in ice and snow.     I love these shoes; they are the most comfortable shoes ever. I had bunion surgery and my foot is in need of TLC. At the end of the day I was greatly suffering. I have been wearing these non-stop since they came and I finally feel like I am recovering. For me, they are true to size.

We charge $11.89 per order for shipping and we employ EMS for Delivery.Your order will be arrived in 9-11 days to your door by carriers after payment received.
All products returned must be 100 percent complete and contain ALL original manufacturer boxes with the original packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentations included with the original shipment. In addition, please include a letter with the following information: Order Number ; Name ; E-mail Address ; Reason To Return. You'd better to send us a notification Email if you decide to return the items so that we can provide you our shipping address to receive the boots.

Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery. For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of any loss or damage.

If you receive damaged merchandise, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package, you must make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery records in order to file a damage claim for shoppingmbt.com. Keep the merchandise , the original box and package well and then notify our customer service department mbtantishoes.com@gmail.com immediately. If you do not notify Mbt-anti-shoes.com of damaged goods within the first 7 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted within 15 days on receipt of the package for refund or replacement. If we have sent you wrong shoes, we will exchange or refund for you.

NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted within 15 days on receipt of the package for refund on condition that original shipping charges of all NON-DEFECTIVE will not be refunded.

If the package is refused by the customer without any cogent reason, he/she shall be responsible for the returning shipping fees, the 15% processing fees, besides that, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
