I have bone spurs in both of my heels and these are the first shoes I have worn that actually relieved the pain while allowing me to still function. They took some getting used to, but they are worth the cost! (Posted on 3/11/10)

Love MBT - I am so glad I purchased these shoes--difficult time making mind up if I wanted to or not but since I loved the lace up Mbt's for work(12hr shifts as Labor Nurse) I wanted the same type of comfort when not working. I am ruined for nothing feels as good as the MBT's-I am going to give away all my other shoes and just focus on my MBTs for work and play

Comfy Funny Looking Shoes - I had been thinking about getting MBTs for a long time, and finally decided to give them a try, and see if they are worth the cost. I would say they definitely are. They are really funny looking, and not very easy to incorporate into a cute outfit, but they are extremely comfortable, and they truly feel different from any other shoe I have ever worn. It does take some time to get used to them

The shoes are/were a little tight in the toes, so I took out the insole and wore the shoes for a few weeks without it. Then they were stretched out enough that I was able to put it back in and they no longer squeeze my toes. I didn't buy a bigger size because the heel slipped when I took the insole out. Now the shoes are perfect. They do work out your legs when you walk in them.

If you receive damaged merchandise, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package, you must make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery records in order to file a damage claim for shoppingmbt.com. Keep the merchandise , the original box and package well and then notify our customer service department mbtantishoes.com@gmail.com immediately. If you do not notify Mbt-anti-shoes.com of damaged goods within the first 7 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted within 15 days on receipt of the package for refund or replacement. If we have sent you wrong shoes, we will exchange or refund for you.
NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted within 15 days on receipt of the package for refund on condition that original shipping charges of all NON-DEFECTIVE will not be refunded.
If the package is refused by the customer without any cogent reason, he/she shall be responsible for the returning shipping fees, the 15% processing fees, besides that, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
