Knee protection & cute for a comfort walking shoe - I love these shoes! Joint and back problems limit my mobility, and wearing these makes a huge difference. I can actually feel a spring in my step when I wear them, and do not suffer the later pain that a lot of walking normally brings me. (Posted on 3/19/10)

Great shoe for posture realignment - I bought this shoe to help with lower back pain I was having. After only wearing one day, my back pain was gone. Slowly build up your wear time. I wore too long on the first day and many muscle groups were very sore. (Posted on 3/8/10)

If you receive damaged merchandise, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package, you must make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery records in order to file a damage claim for shoppingmbt.com. Keep the merchandise , the original box and package well and then notify our customer service department mbtantishoes.com@gmail.com immediately. If you do not notify Mbt-anti-shoes.com of damaged goods within the first 7 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted within 15 days on receipt of the package for refund or replacement. If we have sent you wrong shoes, we will exchange or refund for you.
NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted within 15 days on receipt of the package for refund on condition that original shipping charges of all NON-DEFECTIVE will not be refunded.
If the package is refused by the customer without any cogent reason, he/she shall be responsible for the returning shipping fees, the 15% processing fees, besides that, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
