I love these shoes; they are the most comfortable shoes ever. I had bunion surgery and my foot is in need of TLC. At the end of the day I was greatly suffering. I have been wearing these non-stop since they came and I finally feel like I am recovering. For me, they are true to size. (Posted on 3/11/10)

I love these shoes, they really work for me. There is not a day goes past that I do not wear them at some point. They make my legs work harder on walking and therefore tone muscles quicker. I own four different pairs of MBTs. (Posted on 2/19/10)

These shoes are like walking on sand. Very comfortable, they are stylish from the top, but the soles are very high to give the cushion support so from the side they look a bit odd. I will definitely buy another pair of MBT shoes. (Posted on 2/9/10)

I wear these shoes every day. I stand on my feet for more than 8 hours a day doing hair, and manage a hair salon. When I leave to go home I am not tired, my employees never hear me complain about my feet, or any thing. So my boss bought a pair and she loves them. I love my shoes. (Posted on 1/6/10)

Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery. For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of any loss or damage.
If you receive damaged merchandise, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package, you must make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery records in order to file a damage claim for shoppingmbt.com. Keep the merchandise , the original box and package well and then notify our customer service department mbtantishoes.com@gmail.com immediately. If you do not notify Mbt-anti-shoes.com of damaged goods within the first 7 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted within 15 days on receipt of the package for refund or replacement. If we have sent you wrong shoes, we will exchange or refund for you.
NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted within 15 days on receipt of the package for refund on condition that original shipping charges of all NON-DEFECTIVE will not be refunded.
If the package is refused by the customer without any cogent reason, he/she shall be responsible for the returning shipping fees, the 15% processing fees, besides that, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
