I was introduced to MBT shoes about a month and half ago, and they are truly the best pair of shoes I have ever bought! They are very comfortable and after a long day at work, my back and feet don't ache. They cost more than some shoes but well worth it. (Posted on 5/6/10)

I took alot of heat from my peers for buying such an expensive (they say ugly) shoe. At 27yrs old most of my peers we spend easily the same if not more on shoes that just look good and hurt our feet. At first i didnt like how i over thought walking, trying to keep balance. After a day or two i love my MBT's i wear them almost everyday. I will be purchasing another pair soon! (Posted on 2/12/10)

Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery. For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of any loss or damage.
If you receive damaged merchandise, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package, you must make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery records in order to file a damage claim for shoppingmbt.com. Keep the merchandise , the original box and package well and then notify our customer service department mbtantishoes.com@gmail.com immediately. If you do not notify Mbt-anti-shoes.com of damaged goods within the first 7 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted within 15 days on receipt of the package for refund or replacement. If we have sent you wrong shoes, we will exchange or refund for you.
NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted within 15 days on receipt of the package for refund on condition that original shipping charges of all NON-DEFECTIVE will not be refunded.
If the package is refused by the customer without any cogent reason, he/she shall be responsible for the returning shipping fees, the 15% processing fees, besides that, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
