This is my first pair of MBTs, I will say this won't be the last pair! I really like the shoes, they are comfortable with lots of cushion and support, and these shoes do make me use my leg muscles more and take pressure off of my knees. I think it also does help with posture as well. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the purchase. highly recommend it. (Posted on 4/19/10)

Not the sexiest shoe, but the comfiest! I'll confess, this shoe is not even remotely foxy - but, when your back, knees and hips are killing you - who cares?! I loved this shoe so much after 4 days of wearing it, I ordered the MBT - which is MUCH cuter on your foot if you're looking for a crazy comfortable shoe with some style. My thighs and rear are even burnin' a little from the workout! (Posted on 3/16/10)

I love MBT shoes. One of the pair I bought was cut a little high and rubbed on my big toe. As soon as I get a little callous there, it will be fine (Posted on 3/4/10)

This is my second pair of MBT and they are the ONLY thing I wear. I had really bad feet and now those problems are gone. I highly recommend these shoes. I have had a lot of comments on how cute they are, too! (Posted on 3/2/10)

Great shoe! This shoe is not only comfortable, but easy to walk in too. Does work out different muscles in your legs due to the design. Wear mine for walking, the grocery store and errands. Helps with back and neck pain as well. Highly recommend. (Posted on 2/11/10)

Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery. For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of any loss or damage.
If you receive damaged merchandise, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package, you must make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery records in order to file a damage claim for shoppingmbt.com. Keep the merchandise , the original box and package well and then notify our customer service department mbtantishoes.com@gmail.com immediately. If you do not notify Mbt-anti-shoes.com of damaged goods within the first 7 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted within 15 days on receipt of the package for refund or replacement. If we have sent you wrong shoes, we will exchange or refund for you.
NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted within 15 days on receipt of the package for refund on condition that original shipping charges of all NON-DEFECTIVE will not be refunded.
If the package is refused by the customer without any cogent reason, he/she shall be responsible for the returning shipping fees, the 15% processing fees, besides that, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
