After trying countless shoes to deal with my plantar fasciitis I finally found MBTs. Orthotics alone were not solving the problem. The brace my podiatrist prescribed was not enough, but MBTs are doing the trick, the pain relief was almost immediate. They take a while to get used to and they aren't cheap -- but very much worth the money. This is my second pair. (Posted on 3/23/10)

Depends on the day - Looks good, gets a lot of compliments. Helps my posture. Company says not wear orthotics, but I do, and so does my dad. Feels a little heavy. (Posted on 3/8/10)

Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery. For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of any loss or damage.
If you receive damaged merchandise, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package, you must make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery records in order to file a damage claim for shoppingmbt.com. Keep the merchandise , the original box and package well and then notify our customer service department mbtantishoes.com@gmail.com immediately. If you do not notify Mbt-anti-shoes.com of damaged goods within the first 7 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted within 15 days on receipt of the package for refund or replacement. If we have sent you wrong shoes, we will exchange or refund for you.
NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted within 15 days on receipt of the package for refund on condition that original shipping charges of all NON-DEFECTIVE will not be refunded.
If the package is refused by the customer without any cogent reason, he/she shall be responsible for the returning shipping fees, the 15% processing fees, besides that, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
